Nick did not return my call. Ethan was going to just let me leave with out showing me how the truck cover worked. There was no quote given in 3 calls to your facility. I still came there and then your people don't know what is going on. This is why I quit coming there for my oil change.

I am concerned that after having my vehicle serviced last week, the wheel should have been tightened so I wouldn’t have to have returned to get it done—that being said all employees were very courteous

Ethan met me at the car when I pulled in. He looked professional He acted professional. He represented Baxter Toyota well. When he checked me out we discussed the various options for future car maintenance. Then I got into a freshly washed car - nice! Sets the day off right! Thank you. Very positive experience
