Baxter Toyota provided friendly quality service as usual. That’s why I always go to Baxter.

Ethan promptly greeted me, was efficient while assessing my needs for the visit, communicated well during servicing and had the work done in a timely fashion.

No, came in to the service lane for my 9am oil change appointment at 8:40. No staff came up to me to check-in and I had to sit there and wait until 5 minutes to my scheduled when I decided to go into the building. One of the lights to my back license plate is out so I asked the if they could replace it. They gave me an estimated time of 1:30 for the work to be done. About 45 to an hour I got a text update and a request to perform the replacement of the bulb and the cost, I agreed electronically for them to perform the job. I waited in the lobby for another 1 hour plus and did not receive any update and I decided to check in at the front desk. The time was now 11:45 am and it seems there hasn’t been any communication between the front desk staff and the mechanic. He was eventually tracked down and I was informed that the bulb I had given permission to replace hasn’t been done. I was then told that they will get it done and given the price. I spent a total over 3 hours for just an oil change and a replacement job which ruined the rest of my schedule. I was grateful for one of the other service advisors comping the cost after the wait but overall the service I received was awful. Furthermore, I checked in my vehicle at 39,000 miles and the new sticker they put on my windshield say next service mileage at 43,937 or date 1/26. It just doesn’t make sense. Thanks, Eugene.

I was offered a realignment on this trip. Highly recommended. I got a realignment a few months ago on my last trip in. I thought it was a little weird to offer me one, when I had already had one done recently. I think you the company Should consider checking records before offering anything that would be unnecessary. It makes your service department appear to be more about putting cash in the till than genuine customer service.

Always have had a satisfactory experience with Baxter Toyota. Everyone we've met has been pleasant and professional. Mike Miller always Visits with us and sees how we're doing. I recommend Baxter Toyota to all our friends.
