I was kept updated on the repairs and time frame when my vehicle would be completed. What has really impressed me was when I went to get in my vehicle I noticed the tire cover for my spare missing, it was located in the car wash. The cover got beat up and such so I was told they would order a new one on them, I was shocked to say the least (in a good way) I had a bad experience with Corwin Toyota, they tore my door panel all up and the speaker in the door no longer works and they blamed me!!! There is camera footage showing a tech in the vehicle doing it, absolutely disgusting, I am so happy to have this dealership work on my vehicle.

Everything went as planned. The reservation was easy to make by phone directly with the Baxter Toyota’s service Dept. This was in contrast with making service appointments in the past which involved some type of call center and hassle. While the service was in progress, I was kept advised of progress and selected options via text. Very good. Finally, and not of least importance, your restrooms were very clean! Thank you.

Interesting you should ask. We were called minutes after leaving your facility. We were told the tech wasn’t certain he had tightened the lug nuts . We were really concerned because we had driven several miles before the call. We traveled to La Vista Baxter, The lug nuts were secure. Our response………..give that technician a pat on the back for reporting his uncerttainity. He risked some embarrassment on his part to make certain we were save. Thanks!

Nick was fine, it was just the time it took for the service. I was told it would be up to 1.5 hours and it took 2.5 by the time I returned to pick up my car. I’m a stay at home mom, that car is the one that has all of my car seats and I arranged for childcare and a ride so I could come back to my house to help out with my kids before I had to go back and get my car. I realize things happen, but my appointment was at 8am and I arrived on time. I am grateful for the quality of service, however I wish it was completed on time. Thank you, Courtney Barrera
