I’m not happy about being charged a battery labor fee to replace a battery recalled part. I thought replacement for recalled parts was supposed to be free of charge.

Daniel was so patient with me and explained all of my questions thoroughly. He even took the time to explain everything to my daughter and son-in-law on the phone because they understand things better than me and take care of my needs. He deserves the highest score I can give!

Excellent customer service. I loved getting the pic and video of the service work. Ethan kept me informed during my visit. I bought my vehicle from VP Toyo as I live right in their neighborhood. But terrible customer service so I decided to drive 25 min to your shop as I have the best experience each time I come there. You also offer longer flexible hours for working clientele like myself. Thank You for all you do.

The entire experience was flawless, except for the video from the tech. Most of it was in Audible and we couldn’t understand what the person was saying. I want to know what they recommend in the condition of my vehicle, but it was not possible given this resource today.
