Ethan was great. He ordered the parts I needed and check on the warranty on the car and got it paid for. He kept me updated on how the work was going and when the parts would come. He offered me a courtesy car if I needed it. I would come back to Baxter just for the fact that Ethan works for you. You are lucky to have him. Beth Thielen.

Davis was very nice and very patient with me as I forgot my wallet and he had to wait for me to get someone to come make the payment However, I didn’t walk away really understand you while the lights on the dash were on his answer was vague. It did not seem like he knew what the technicians said, and I will need to call back to understand more fully.
