Everything was great and Victor was super friendly and kept me appraised of how things were going. The only unpleasant part of my experience was that I brought my vehicle in for the appointment at 2pm and didn't get my car back until after 5pm. It was a longer wait time than I was expecting. However, that's not on Victor!

When I picked up my car, I heard a knocking sound. When I got home, the antenna on my roof was broken. So, I have to go back next week for them to find out what to do. Then, I have to go back again to have it repaired. What a pain!

The man that I talked to thought he had made some changes to help the lane control while using the cruise control. He was very helpful and nice to talk to. When I drove home on the interstate and tried using the cruise control, the lane control was bad enough that I couldn’t use the cruise control.

Problem diagnosed and parts ordered. I had a coolant leak that Dawson was checking, I believe it should be covered via the platinum warranty I purchased from Baxter. But very satisfied thus far.

I would like coming here but I feel like I get scammed everytime I bring my car for service. So much add ons and recommendations and overcharging. Even the discount is a scam! Do things right or lose all your customers!
