I waited for the oil change on my car. My appointment was at 12:30. I was there for three hours. At no time did anyone contact me to explain why it was taking so long. There is no need to contact me regarding this experience. In fact I do not want to be contacted.

I asked for my car to be washed, even though it was predicted to rain. We had gone on a trip and there were lots of bugs on the grill, side windows, & front end. Upon returning home it was obvious that the car was not ran through the car wash. Very disappointing!!

Organized, explained things very well, I felt informed and that my time was Valued. (I need to tell you the service at the Ford Baxter, off Dodge, seemed disorganized, gave me no info and did not value my time. In fact, only one guy was working the computer (to cash out) and 4 other people were standing around talking.)

I shouldn’t have to remind the service department that I have a prepaid maintenance plan. This information should automatically appear in my account when I come in for an oil change or service; other than that the service was great!! Overall 8/10 Thank you!!

Had my truck in for rust inspection when I received notice. Told me no rust now after April 2025 when time ran out today they find 2 spots of rust.. Don't think that's a coincidence.. Called and ask service tech to look at our service record and let me know the date it was first inspected. No call back..
