Davis, and the service manager, Scott, rectified my dissatisfaction. I recommend that when talking one on one to your customers, especially when there are some technology difficulties, the service agents should go over EACH task that shows checked off. I was SO glad I had written in the comments section, the services I was Authorizing. Going over the tasks would have caught the error before it was performed by the service technician.

Twice now I had to text, to know my car was finished. This was after 3hrs of waiting for an oil change to complete. It seems excessive, so perhaps there is a communication breakdown between tech finishing and SA or between SA and customer. Not a huge problem just a little inconvenience.
