Nick was great…explaining everything to me. I assume oil change,etc was good. My only “beef”: my car was spotless when I arrived. I’d worked for 2 hrs the prior day to hand wash & detail my car! There was NO reason to “run it thru your “wash system”! Then left it WET!!!!!

It would be nice if the car was returned with the lights setting back on as it was when I brought it. I am not familiar with Toyota and wasn’t sure how to return the lights to the setting it’s been on. Normally when I get in the headlights are automatic. Tonight when I got in it, I was driving and realized the lights weren’t on and had to pull over to figure it out.

Had two specific issues I wanted to get fixed. One they couldn't figure it out, the other was a busted shell of mirror that I was told by a previous service manager & mechanic to just order the outer shell from parts and service will just pop it back on. They up charged and wanted to fix the entire mirror. When we declined bc of price and confusion on why, they "taped" the back shell of the side mirror back on w painters tape. AND, didn't even put it back together correctly so that the broken shell pieces fit snuggly together and not let rain in. It was VERY disappointing. I've been bringing my cats there for a couple years and service mangerers (Chance) were great to work with and went above and beyond to help. I just don't feel that recently (last couple times). I might not be back and look at different Toyota dealerships. It just should be more personalized, rewarding loyalty, and offering up alternative money saving alternatives. It just felt cold, and well, you don't want to pay extra, so we'll just slap it back together and worry about it getting wet. I had it taped, secure, and sealed from many wetness getting in. They just didn't care. Kind of bummed. Thank you
