Waited almost 1 hour to be told that the part that I ordered was not delivered yet and that I would have to come back tomorrow morning to have it installed, drove all the way from Elkhorn when I have a Village point Toyota dealership 1 mile from my home. I have been using Baxter Toyota long before it was Baxter.BUT WHO CARES HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT RIGHT!!!!!! You could have the courtesy to text or call me and tell me it wasn’t in and do all of my service in one day!!!!!!

Spent over 200 dollars on a diagnostic for 4hi issue on my 2008 toyota. You came back with a 4500 dollar repair. I took it to my mechanic he found a vaccine line issue repaired it for 100 dollars. He said my 4 wheel drive gear box is full of lube and not leaking. His words you don't know what your doing there or a total ripoff dealership.i have to agree. Your repair would not have even fixed the issue.
