Nick kept me informed of everything that was going on as far as getting a new battery and getting the other items taken care of that I had been notified of when I was in December to get done. He kindly got those done before I came and picked up the car. He is an excellent person very sociable, knowledgeable and kind. He is a great asset to your company.

Victor did a wonderful job taking care of me today. He got me all checked and let me know he was going to take care of me. I originally had requested a the air filter to be replaced but Victor looked up my previous service and let me know that it was replaced in August but would have the technician take a look at it. Thank you Victor!

Davis Dawson is a superior service writer. I arrived without the key fob for the car and never once did he flinch or be derogatory even though it clogged up the number one service line for over an hour. He met with me several times in person instead of calling me on the phone and I will continue to use him. Please give him my warmest regards
