The service was great, but mom board screen was all messed up. It said the time was 7:27 pm when it was 1:30 and could find my usual screens at all. Whoever worked on the recall portion should have done a better job checking on the screen. Seemed like a rush job.????

Danny was great. But I am frustrated that I was without my truck, 4WD and the seat warmer / heated steering wheel during the extreme cold. My truck was supposed to be done on Wednesday, but the wrong part was ordered. Then it was evidently ready Saturday, but the service department did not inform me! I called just before 3pm Saturday when I didn’t hear back from my text message, and got voicemail.

So. I’m trying to understand why on my report that it suggested that I get a brake fluid change and I had my brakes done at 63k and my current odometer is 76k. Please don’t try and sell me something I don’t need at the moment
