Every one was very professional and courteous. I had some questions and they explained everything very well. But after I got home, I realized my Toyota app on my phone was not working so I called in and Leo completely walked me through securing my phone and that was the reason the app wasn't working. I am not tech savvy. I greatly appreciate the time he spent with me and his kindness in helping me with what I should have known long ago! It took some time for him to help.

Ethan Feist is always a pleasure to work with, he is prompt to notify me of observations regarding and follows through as promised. Jonny greater me at my car and took the needed information. He did this respectfully and quickly. He kept me up to date through out the day informing me of necessary repairs needing to be made also giving me an approximate time for completion. When I arrived to pick up the car after I received the text coupon in hand, he calculated my bill giving the appropriate deduction. I also talked to him about where I could get my 2020 Prius detailed before leaving town for a road trip. He said while Baxter Toyota doesn’t do this, he suggested Lexus of Omaha, another Baxter Auto Group division. This will be very helpful to me. Jonny was a pleasure to work with though out this process.
