I wanted to add that the service I received from Mr. Victor is excellent; he's a great person and does a good job. My opinion is very different regarding the problem with my car, which they haven't fixed. I've taken the car in several times because of the noise it makes when braking—it's very loud—and they haven't resolved the issue. I'm worried about my physical safety and that of my wife and daughter, who use the car daily. I hope nothing happens because I will hold them responsible. Please, if anyone wants to contact me, I don't speak English. If there's anyone there who speaks Spanish, I would appreciate a call. The car's condition is unsafe, and they haven't provided a solution. Thank you very much.
