I have a 2015 Tacoma, 53000 miles. I brought it in for an oil change and after the multi point inspection got a list of over $2000 of work including tires which I said were being installed the next day. I said ok to do the rear brake clean and adjustment. After 1 hr & 30 min I went up front cause I saw my vehicle up front. I was informed that all they did was change the oil and missed my request to do the rear brakes. I was told I could have a loaner car, but I was already behind it what I needed to get done. I was given $40 off my oil change for the mess up. Disappointed in the service, seemed like only the person that checked you in would help you. While I was waiting for the person to help me, 4 other people were behind the desk with no customers, no one asked if I needed help.

I talked to Daniel Friday and he checked to see if I damaged anything when I hit the median. They checked under the car and said it wasn’t the front stabilizer bar but it was driver’s rear stabilizer bar link. He quoted a price $289. He ordered the part and I made appointment at 10:30 today. He advised me it would take 1-2 hours. He was spot on. I was completely satisfied with Daniel. I normally have Nate help me but he was off. When I saw him today he said he saw I was there Friday. It’s nice to have regulars to help me. I am a satisfied customer. LINDA K

Several things were turned off on my dash- I believe some of the alarms for proximity. I understand having to turn those off, but you should turn them back on when you are done. I already have to adjust my seat, I don’t want to have to search how to fix other things as well.

Every one was very professional and courteous. I had some questions and they explained everything very well. But after I got home, I realized my Toyota app on my phone was not working so I called in and Leo completely walked me through securing my phone and that was the reason the app wasn't working. I am not tech savvy. I greatly appreciate the time he spent with me and his kindness in helping me with what I should have known long ago! It took some time for him to help.

Jonny greater me at my car and took the needed information. He did this respectfully and quickly. He kept me up to date through out the day informing me of necessary repairs needing to be made also giving me an approximate time for completion. When I arrived to pick up the car after I received the text coupon in hand, he calculated my bill giving the appropriate deduction. I also talked to him about where I could get my 2020 Prius detailed before leaving town for a road trip. He said while Baxter Toyota doesn’t do this, he suggested Lexus of Omaha, another Baxter Auto Group division. This will be very helpful to me. Jonny was a pleasure to work with though out this process.
