When you need to put a patch on a tire twice because it did not hold the first time worries me. Everyone makes mistakes and I was very happy the mechanic fixed the problem properly but a tire patch to fail worries me how it is installed the first place. There should have been a plug and a patch for the repair.

Cabin filter cover was not replaced and left sitting on my center console at the completion of my service appointment. I placed it back in its proper position in the glove box myself before leaving the dealership. No call needed. Just giving honest feedback….

I was sold an inspection service, for $111. I told them what to inspect for. I pointed out what was already wrong with the vehicle. The “mechanic” did an “inspection” taking a picture of the tire that I already pointed out(thats fine). But the “mechanic” didn’t inspect the area I asked him to hence: My steering wheel still wobbling AFTER I got an alignment done. To charge someone that much($111) and complete just miss the whole point of the inspection; that’s laziness and poor craftsmanship. Toyota stands for so much more than this lack of care. Disgrace to the brand.

A small water bottle was left in my truck. Normally I wouldn't care about it but it was half drunk out of. I'm sure it was a mistake so no harm no foul.
