Had a great experience from beginning to end. I really appreciated the frequency of the work updates and the quickness of the service. Other customers were waiting for their vehicles and were all given the same quality of service I received as far as I could tell. Great job Baxter and Nate!

Ethan was great. He even researched a question we had about a possible adjustment for our fuel readings. He was able to find a bulletin on this issue and you all were able to fit the procedure in on our service appointment today. Plus, we greatly appreciated the loaner car.

Almost everything was very good, however, I noticed on the “mark off “ sheet that “tire rotation” wasn’t checked. I understood that it would be done. Thank you for looking into this.

Jonathon Booker was the best service representative we’ve had at your place since purchasing our Toyota at your business.. He took the time to explain my warranty to me. He was very courteous and professional. If I own my own company, he’d be the first person I would hire from your business. He had t knowledge, customer service skills ,and had a great skill and ability to communicate. He has such a positive attitude and energy that makes me want to buy a second car from you. He was totally awesome and please relay our message. Thank you for such a great employee and I would recommend a raise for him.

Prices continue to remain extremely high. Not necessarily fair/reasonable but inflated for unknown reasons to the outside industry customer. When labor costs are at least double the parts cost. It's hard to swallow.
