My experience was not good, my license plate light is still out, and my low tire light is still on. Guess I’ll wait until my next service appointment to find out if I have another bad sensor and fix my plate light. So my question is did you really check the truck. Your paper work says you did but I have a really hard time believing you did.

Everything was fine. Victor was most helpful. He helped me with a couple of questions about seat adjustment and mileage adjustment. He answered all my questions. He was pleasant and friendly. In the past nine years I had always received a car wash. I was disappointed I did receive one this time. I suppose the weather had something to do with that.

From the young man who checked my car in,to the young man who let me know my car was done to the young man who took my $20 coupon off my final bill and to Jay who washed and delivered my car to me. Thank you all very much. it was a pleasant experience and I’d buy a Toyota over a Subaru any day. All the gentlemen introduced themselves I just forgot their names. The fault lies with me. ????

Was supposed to have a loner vechile that we reserved last week. Took multiple try’s and complaints to get one. New sensor was bad when buying van, took 6 hours to tell us it was bad and to not have part waiting. Also was promised when buying van that your company would pickup at our house if problems and now was told no. Very disappointed to have our promised of pickup taken away after talking today. Brittany the answering phone department was very helpful tho! Service tech was very unhappy and not the most helpful.

Not happy with the rust problem on my truck. Bought new in 2013 from this dealership. Every time service was needed it was done there. Funny that rust was not detected before they informed me frame had rusted through Tom
