The check in was great as usual, ethan is always professional. I dropped my truck off for oil change, knowing there was going to be an inspection and suggestions for repairs will follow. I like having my truck serviced in one place, especially by baxtor's certified toyota technicians. that being said, this time was not awesome. Your crew suggested a tire i did not want. when i called to see if there were any alternatives, i had to leave a message. I did not receive a quick enough response, so I only allowed the oil change and one other service. I took a half day off to have my tire service and brake service were done by other companies. first time i was a bit unhappy enough to fill out this survey.

I continue to be extremely disappointed with how long it takes to complete “required maintenance” on my car. Even with scheduling an appointment my husband waited almost 3 hours for a tire rotation and a tire patch. Not even an oil change was done because “it’s not recommended” by the manufacturer. I have never had to wait this long for a service on my car anytime that I’ve gone to Honda or have had a Honda car. It’s also very frustrating the lack of transparency with regards to what kind of maintenance is “required.” I have never had to wait until the end to tell me that actually an oil change was not recommended. And that i just waited almost 3 hours for a tire rotation.

Ethan was patient and communicated with me about the status of my repair. I told him I had a rental and needed to coordinate picking my Prius up and returning the rental. Everything worked out perfectly. I definitely recommend Baxter based on my customer experience.
