Great and flexible service. He offered me a courtesy car, but when I told him I was going to go for a long run and he was able to watch my bag for me while I ran 9 miles while my car was serviced.

Absolutely excellent experience for my first time at this Toyota dealership. Everyone was very friendly and so helpful with answering my questions. The free loaner car service was amazing. Will definitely be back for all my maintenance and service needs, and probably also when I need a new car in the future!

Everything went smoothly. Tire repair oil change and getting a lot of questions answered. That’s probably a pretty good reason why this is our second lease from Toyota in La Vista. Caring place to go.

I was told a diagnostic would take 1 hour both when I called. Also when I arrived with my vehicle. I waited until noon over 3 hours and they still had not gotten to the diagnostic. They told me it would be longer. Granted they did offer to drive me to work, however, I work on base so that wouldn't work. Im not pleased with the false expectations due to what was advised to me.

I was given one price, and when checkout time came I was charged 3x as much as I was told, with them saying the extensions I had bought for my vehicle only worked at one specific Toyota location, and they did the work without notifying me I’d have to pay more.
