I continue to be extremely disappointed with how long it takes to complete “required maintenance” on my car. Even with scheduling an appointment my husband waited almost 3 hours for a tire rotation and a tire patch. Not even an oil change was done because “it’s not recommended” by the manufacturer. I have never had to wait this long for a service on my car anytime that I’ve gone to Honda or have had a Honda car. It’s also very frustrating the lack of transparency with regards to what kind of maintenance is “required.” I have never had to wait until the end to tell me that actually an oil change was not recommended. And that i just waited almost 3 hours for a tire rotation.

Ethan was patient and communicated with me about the status of my repair. I told him I had a rental and needed to coordinate picking my Prius up and returning the rental. Everything worked out perfectly. I definitely recommend Baxter based on my customer experience.

Ethan did an exceptional job. He gave me a timeline, worked with warranty company followed up constantly, and communicated clearly. Never once was he pushy and helped me get a loaner vehicle. This is why I trust your service department, because of hard working and professional people like Ethan.

They listened to my concerns: noise when start engine and odd smell when van is turned off. They accommodated me when van needed towed into service area. They also worked with me in getting new tires placed.

No complaints on service although as far as the complimentary car wash is concerned, not so much. Don't know if your system needs a tune-up or what but I drove away with water/wax spots covering that supersonic red Camry finish.
