When I arrived for a next day revisit after my car had been “fixed”, but was not, I was livid. Bryce kept his cool and even opened my hood to show me what was done, what else there “could be” that they’ll now check. It really helped and was appreciated.

Thank you for asking. I invested in the full service package and warranty service. When I bring my vehicle for an oil change, I understand I would get a free car wash. It has not been offered to me and I forget to ask for it. It would be really nice if you would remind me of that and offer it. I will try to remember to ask, but if it’s available with the thousands of dollars I’ve invested for the warranty and service that would be nice for you to remind me an offer.

These guys were great! After I bought my car we found a few things that weren't working and they fixed them right away. After the work was completed I found some scuff marks and they fixed them as well. Everyone was so helpful ( Alex and Kimberly esp.)
