Evan was great! Only complaint… my appt was at 9. Originally told my tire replacement and oil change would be completed by 1:00pm. At 2:00 the completed tome changed to 3:30!!! From someone in the service business themselves. This is not cool! Everyone was very friendly and Evan did what he could to make things right but I can understand a little late but hours is not good.

Bryce did a great job. It took over 2 hrs to get my oil changed. So he didn't charge me. I thought that very fair. I was on time for my appointment

Technician said we needed a new battery and we declined. Stopped at Auto Zone for a second opinion. They immediately noticed that the problem was a loose battery cable. Tightened it and everything is fine. No need for a new battery. My husband called back in to service dept to report his dissatisfaction.
