I can be brash when I’m spending a lot of money so I want what I want . The process was fairly simple and straight forward but Alex did majority of the work , Jacob was fine just seemed put out to me was my vibe from him . I wasn’t given any education on how this truck operates and it has a zillion electronic features . The sale was rushed to get complete by the end of the day . I wanted a good detail and it took one person 35 minutes to “detail “ my 60,000 dollar purchase . Wasn’t told I had to have a subscription to make remote start or other cool features on the screen work. I know times have changed and I’ve gotten older but need to adapt to older generation .

I was told today that I needed a brake flush on my car. When I got home, I went to record the services performed, and saw that they had just done a brake flush when I was there in October. Tey did a service that was not necessary today, so it cost me more today than it should have.
