Evan always does great. What i find frustrating when I need to talk to a service tech, no one is available, their voice mail is full, it hangs up on me, call back and the receptionist sends email to all techs (10am) and I have to call again at 430 to see if anyone is going to call me back. I know your techs are busy, but I've been there at times for 2-3 hrs and I know there is time for someone to respond back. This has happened to me on 2 separate occasions.

Not a big deal. There was grease-oil on my door handle and exterior of the vehicle when I picked it up. I asked one of the service guys for some cleaner and he was very accommodating and cleaned it for me

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the adviser was very rude and took forever to help me get my car. He told another gentleman and I, to go to another office and he’d be right with us. He looked very overwhelmed and was all over the place, but that doesn’t mean he couldn’t be a little nicer.

Michael did not mark me as waiting for my car (according to the guy who checked me out) and he went to lunch or something because he was gone for what seemed like an hour. When I went to inquire about my car AFTER WAITING FOR 2 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES, I saw it parked outside. Absolutely ridiculous. The gentleman who checked me out was nice and apologetic, but Michael provided me terrible customer service and I am extremely dissatisfied.
