Once I demanded to speak to a manager I received the correct answers about the warranty for the full set of tires I purchased from Legends Toyota initially during two previous phone calls we were given incorrect information the person who answered the phone was solely interested in making an appointment and rushing us off the phone - we were convinced that we would not receive any service for a simple nail in a tire Josh had a welcoming tone - instant access to our information and provided the repair that was covered by the road hazard warranty Thank you Josh
