Well I had an appointment at 11:15 for an oil change and transmission fluid change and not only paid about $450 (I got no problem with that) but I was here until almost 3:00, all that time And that’s not the first time I don’t even know why I can keep coming back.

The staff and team was amazing and I am thankful that Josh helped me out in a tough situation but, my doors are scratched up like crazy from removal and installation of the windows. It’s an unfortunate situation as these scratches cant be removed without replacing the trim piece and/or paint. My truck went in as a truck that had 22k+\- miles on it to coming out with scratches and dings on it. Like I said, I am grateful that the GM and Josh helped me out, but and a little disgruntled that my truck is now scratched and dinged up.
