I went out on Saturday and tried to purchase a vehicle and they came back with a ridiculous interest rate. (16.5%). I asked why and they just told me the money just wast there. It bothered me all weekend and I went back on Monday to see why. Come to find out they hadn't entered the correct income. I got the interest for around 9%. I told them Monday morning I would take the car and they asked if I could pick it up on Tues.morning and I told them I would be there at 9:30am to get the car. When I got there the car hadn't even been cleaned up and none of the paperwork was ready.Between the three days I was there 4-5 hrs. to purchase a car.

I have no way of knowing if my tires were rotated as requested and I asked for a new battery for my key fob and it shows no signs of replacement as it still works sporadically. My report is for my initial oil change request but I paid for the 3&3 Oil Change Tire Rotation. This has me wondering if the service tech was informed of the changes.

After servicing my vehicle I received a warning message stating low oil fluid level add or change oil. Doesn’t make someone feel very good, and I lost confidence in the service department. Evan was professional and worked to solve the issue. Technician evidently didn’t add the correct amount of oil I was told? I may go to another Toyota service department when ready to the next oil change.
