The only thing I would like is when tech is doing video of walk around then need to speak loader so customer can hear what is said,could hardly make out what tech was talking about. Other wise everything was good. Thanks Kyle.
Trust is a strong word that must be earned. I purchased a 2023 used Tacoma on May 30th. Within a week, my TPMS light came on. It went off a week later. On July 10th I brought it back for your complimentary service which I am thankful for. Once I left the service department, the charging system light indicated service is needed and the engine light came on as well. I dismissed that and reset the maintenance minder. What really is upsetting is that after all of this service, not one of your technicians reset my maintenance minder. Is this the customers responsibility?
This has lead to little confidence that when I come for service, that everything being done.
Dialogue ceased about when I could bring back the loaner vehicle (which was VERY appreciated) even though I reached out by text 3 times. I finally gave up and took risk in my one hour drive and just came in hoping to pay the bill, return your vehicle and get my vehicle.

Everything was great except it took 2 hrs start to finish . Seems like a long time for an oil change and tire rotation.

I purchased the scratch protection an got dinged in a parking lot already. I purchased the scratch protection coverage and the first time I tried to use it the scratch didn’t qualify!! To be honest that’s why I hesitate in buying these extra coverages because the fine print always gets you. That’s disappointing!!
We had an appointment at 12:00 for our car to be picked up at our home and it was. We said we needed it back at 3:00. We started calling and could get no where. WE were just put on hold and we called back several times and just put on hold.. John called the service manager and left a message he never called back. Finally we talked to a gentleman named Josh. He was very professional and was able to handle the situation. WE thought when we had an appointment it should come before anyone that walks in. If you check back on us you will see that we have bought many cars from your dealer and we are probably due to buy a new one. If we can't get any better service from your dealer we will take our business elsewhere. Customer Service is very important to us.

Andrew was great! I was having a bad day and sometimes the list of maintenance is overwhelming but he walked me through. Legends Toyota is wonderful!
2 hours and 15 min for tire rotation with appt is unreasonable.
It was a 20 minute tire rotation that held my wife there for over 3 hours. She almost missed a family engagement because of it. The appointment with Legends toyota was made a week prior.
