Only complaint....we were told 3 to 4 hours (our appt was 7:15 am) We waited for a call. I called aroubd 12:30 but wasnt done. We called around 2 and was told it was done. I know it was a detailed repair for curtain airbags. No need to call. Just suggest your people not give specific timeframes. Otherwise, all is ok. Thanks for taking my vehicle in.

Overall friendly experience, but someone else’s vehicle was selected under the service plan I purchased, drove back the next day, waiting for it to be resolved on Monday.

There were three things needed to be addressed with this Vehicle, only two. I have had several problems with thos Vehicle and seem like Toyota csnt seem to fix it.
