Evan was good but I encourage him to explain to the clients in a way they can comprehend. He knows company jargon and the services you offer, but he needs to make sure the customer gets it. The art of paraphrasing could benefit people who interact with the public. I don’t want him reprimanded because he was really cool!

I’m always impressed with the politeness and enthusiasm of every person I interact with at Legends! They ALL express what a great place it is to work and how great the culture is. You could make a fortune teaching your approach to other businesses :). One suggestion……for your shuttle service, show up within 5-10 minutes of the scheduled time.

Evan is great. Sorry i missed working with him on the sales side, but it’s great having him in this role. He knows the systems and procedures and just naturally has a positive attitude and does what he can to make our experience positive too.

Had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled for 3 pm took over an 1 and half to do and the tech didn’t even do my multi point inspection. Not sure why I keep coming back.

Andrew was very nice but for it to take 3 1/2 hours for tires when I was out of State with an emergency was unacceptable. I know I didn’t have an appointment. There should be some kind of system for when somebody is traveling that you can work with to get them out!! I had my dog with me. I love my Toyota’s but every dealership that I have been to for services could care less about you. They jump over hoops to sell you a car then treat you second class!! I have 2016 Rava and I am do for a new car, I will be looking for future car companies. This is my third Toyota and have been very disappointed in the service departments.
