I spent almost $75 on a basic oil change. Only to come home and not have a sticker showing the next time it should be serviced. I have been coming to Toyota since they were Roger Smith and son's. Just kind of disappointed in a very basic service that resulted in very little customer service. I even called and complained and was told to come back to get the sticker at a later time. I’m sorry I paid for a service, it was not fully delivered, complained and you want me to be inconvenienced to correct it. No thank you… this economy doesn’t allow for people’s money to be discounted.

Great customer service from Michael Jacobsen. Michael showed interest and listened to my concerns about the radio in my tundra not working well. He coordinated with the technicians and provided timely updates while I waited. His inquiry and provision of a loaner was an added service I didn’t expect to have. Now, my radio is working as it should. Thanks again, Michael!

I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my car after it was finished because Evan went to lunch and didn’t tell anybody. When I asked the other service rep said that they probably don’t have the paperwork. I waited 20 minutes and asked again and he said oh I think he went to lunch and didn’t tell you The paperwork was there all along. i’m considering taking my future service work to crown Toyota in Lawrence.. It’s about the same distance from De Soto.
