Michael did a nice job, I appreciate his having a good good sense of humor. Your lift issue caused a one hour visit to be a two hour visit. Lucky I had a good book!!!

The service was amazing, the maintanance was done in short time. I was even given a loaner car for my daughters appointment while my car is serviced. Thats went mile for me, and my family. These are small things which we as customer we value. The worker was very proffesional, detailed, and considerate. Good job Legend Toyota.

I've messaged Andrew with issues with my service where the technician left screws out of my plastic splash shield under the engine and now the splash shield is grinding on the road bent backwards under the front of the car. The screws are still at Legends, and the splash shield is now split and needs to be scrapped. Very unprofessional work by the tech and the lack of follow-up to my text replies to the service visit. I do not have time to deal with these mistakes, and it will also cost me time and fuel to bring the car back to fix preventable mistakes. The splash shield needs replaced, with new screws to replace the ones that where not reinstalled.
Everyone was excellent with the exception of Asher. Woman that helped me with signing of documents and intro to car was great. Asher was pushy and condescending with trying to sign me up for additional programs, a big turn off. When he asked why I wasn’t going to sign up to additional maintenance program, had asked if I wasn’t planning on maintaining it? My thought was what the hell? Then telling me that Toyota now outsources most components so I need additional coverage. I doubt that Toyota wants customers feeling that Toyota is outsourcing inferior components.
Service took over 4 1/2 hours :(

Mechanics
I felt very brushed off and unheard. I was made to feel like my concerns were not valid. The arrogance of the technicians made me feel very uncomfortable. All in all, it has been a bad experience with service.
When the service representatives ask you to remain in your car and take 10+ minutes to check you in it is very uninviting. Also my car was done and pulled into the garage for longer than 30 minutes before I could check out. We will be finding a place to receive services that have better customer service.
Appointment scheduled for regularl maintenance and to have my entertainment system evaluated. Waited 2 full hours for completion and they did not even attempt to evaluate the entertainment system. Waiting 2 hours for an oil change when you have an appointment is a little ridiculous. Also, super annoying that I made the appointment to have the entertainment system evaluated and they didn’t even look at it. This is a $60,000 brand new van, all parts should be functional.
Why they take! Sale taxes.
