Super easy to get a hold of, responsive and is a trusted advisor to my entire driving family including my wife, daughter and myself. Besides waiting at least an extra 15-20 minutes after my van was completed. I did not receive any type of report related to the check of my vehicle. I had asked specifically to have my battery tested but got no results or report.

I really appreciate the way the service team communicates and makes sure everything is taken care of. Michael Jacobsen walked me through my service plan and recommendations and made sure I understood what was covered today and wants was recommended. Service was quick and friendly.
