Great service and customer care!!
I worked with Rachel and Noah! Both were patient and delivered. It was a pleasure to be served by them!
Kyle assisted me right away when I arrived at the service department. He was super helpful inputting the info about my Toyota. I’ll be working g with him again in the near future.
Appointment was scheduled for 7:30 (oil change; balance tires; rotate tires; wheel alignment). Due to the 60K mileage, the Service Manager recommended a tune-up (change plugs) which was added to the maintenance schedule. Said the vehicle should be ready around 9:30. At 9:05 he came back to say “he didn’t know” our vehicle was a Highlander Hybrid (I’m sure it’s in the system. . .it’s definitely displayed on the vehicle as “Hybrid” on each side of the vehicle) and that it would take longer, but should be completed by 12:00. He gave us a loaner so we could run some errands to Fort Leavenworth and Sam’s club. We returned as told and was informed that the vehicle was not ready, but should be 20mins more. Came back at 12:30 only to be told it would more than likely be 1:00. Came back at 1:10 and was told 15mins more. Came back at 1:35 and was told it the tech just put it on the rack and did we still wanted to have the wheel alignment. REALLY. . . maintenance has had the vehicle for 6-hours and you’re asking if I wanted to have the wheels aligned! Several issues of concern:
1. Weekends are probably the busiest since most people that work Mon-Fri will use Saturdays to get vehicle maintenance completed. Plan ahead to have enough technicians scheduled to work the high volume of vehicles.
2. It’s important for Service Reps to ensure that what they tell the customer. . .it does happen. Don’t come back with a timeframe that can’t be met or keeps moving.
3. Time is essential to everyone. It is one part of life that can’t be reset or given back. My time is very important and weekends are when I can get my other errands completed. 7-hours for vehicle maintenance is a bit much.
A dealership is only as good as its Service Maintenance. Yesterday’s performance of Legends Toyota Service was a total disaster/disappointment. I will definitely not purchase/order a new Rav4 from Legends if I have to use their maintenance section. I will have to weigh the decision on using Legends Toyota for future service maintenances if Olathe Toyota is too busy.
Bryce was amazing and I’m very satisfied with the work that was done.
Maintenance completed quickly and efficiently - thank you!
Didn’t receive notification that car was ready.
I miss ed my appointment because I wrote down the wrong date. The service advisor work ef me in and service was completed in a timely manner.
The service team at Legends Toyota went above and beyond. By far the best dealership is town.
Jacob was excellent to work with and very helpful.
My service appointment was completed in less time than quoted. Kyle kept me informed on the work progress and I appreciated a written quote for future work that might be needed on my vehicle. There was no pressure,
Totally satisfied with the service I received.
Evan did a terrific job checking me in at Toyota and explaining the work being done on my vehicle. I will be back! Thanks!
Hey Evan, the bumpers and bolt replacements look great! I can see an alignment adjustment was performed however the vehicle still pulls aggressively to the right. I have to hold the left side of the steering wheel down while driving, otherwise, I would end up in the ditch/on the boulevard.
Was there any other checks done? I’m wondering if it is a pre-existing suspension, tire, or even a brake issue at this point. I unfortunately figured the preowned certified silver 160pt inspection would have caught/remedied these.
