Everything was great with one exception - I asked Evan to tell the svc team To NOT adjust the air pressure in my tires and he said okay, but they adjusted the tire pressure anyway (they always set the pressure higher than what the vehicle specs call for on the door frame).

He withholds speculation about a possible car problem; he lets the mechanic diagnose the problem. He passes on the customers unique needs to qualified mechanics. I called today to get an update, was told it was done, but no call, put on hold for 15 mins waiting for my service rep to take my call, no answer. Still don’t know what was wrong with my truck or if it is really completed And now sent a message asking for a review, like i have an idea. Little frustrated to be honest.

I had an 0930 appointment and never received inspection information until 1349 and that was only because I called and tried to get information told to me about my car. Even after they sent the inspection I never got a call telling me what was going on. I didn’t get anything fixed on my car and was still charged $231.76 for absolutely no reason. I also got charged for a shop supply fee which makes no sense because they did nothing on my car. I had my husband call and try to talk to a manager because I’m a nurse and was at work and no one ever called him back. Legends Toyota has officially lost my business and I will never be back after this experience.
