Everything went good. They did forgot to reset the maintenance due soon notice. Other than that, everything was great. And Evan is always great.

Alignment was not working when I pulled my car in. I have had my car in there at service department before and did not even have my car in the system.

Had appointment at 11 was told it would take 4 hrs ended up being 5. All in all this was about 2 hours of work. I wasn’t very happy!

When i set up the appointment I gave the address of where my truck would need to be picked up. However some how the drivers were not given that address. I'm thankful you guys called and fixed the mistake. Just a small oversight.

Iwas quoted 21/2 hours for service but it was 3.5 hours. Long afternoon waiting and never an update. They did give me a discount for my time. I wish they offered loaner vehicles so you could do something other than wait.
