Thank you for the great service! There was a little misunderstanding regarding the total price (we were told $189 plus tax, but it showed $244 with extra lines), but it was resolved in timely manner. Very appreciative of the shuttle service as well.

When I came arrived in the service drop off center for my 2005 Toyota Avalon service appointment, Evan Donahue was able to quickly put me in a loaner vehicle when I wasn't able to wait over my lunch break during the my service appointment. When I came to pick up my car the next day he had my vehicle keys and repair order receipt ready for me when I arrived. He delivered polite, courteous and prompt service throughout the entire process. Also observed him respectfully listening to other customers requests and concerns on the service drop off center for their vehicle service needs as well.

Bryce did a SuperFantastic job getting my vehicle in and taken care of… I showed up a few hours earlier than my scheduled appointment and Bryce and the team were able to get me in with no hesitation whatsoever!! Gotta LOVE that!! Great Job and so thankful for Bryce and the rest of the service team at Legends Toyota! They all ROCK!!!

I took my car in for diagnosis, and I have repeatedly that in order to replicate the sound, the vehicles should be driven for 10-15mins so it get warm. I asked the front desk person to get my car warm before tech can take a look. But I knew he didn’t do it, and consequently, tech couldn’t replicate the sounds. This happens twice and I still trust Toyota Legend doing things diligently. But after this time, I trust has gone. The person in front even told me to take the car to other dealership.

This is my second service and like the first one I was told when scheduling appt should only take 3-4 hours. I plan my day around this and expect the time frame to be at least close. My vehicle was there almost 8 hours. Same thing happened with my previous service. I’ll likely consider another Toyota service facility next time.
