Wouldn’t listen to me, tried to charge 1500 dollars for an alternator replacement that wasn’t needed and even if it was that’s an insane price. Had them worked on a tire that wasn’t needed leaking and it was completely flat when I went to pick up the truck. The inspection I paid for was not actually done. I know for a fact my cabin filter is filthy and was marked good. Most of the checks didn’t include measurements, and you’re telling me a truck with 220,000 miles didn’t have a single thing worn. That’s proof enough for me that nothing was actually checked or fixed. Complete waste of time and money.

Of the 4 Toyota dealers in the KC metro area only Hendrick & Legends would talk with me about my broken mirror. Since I am from Milwaukee, WI I appreciate the efforts both made to get me back on my vacation schedule. Thanks again for the quick and professional service that Legends provided.

I received great service on the car, once they finally started working on the car. They had the car for 21 days, and I usually had to call or text for updates. I had a $5700 hybrid battery installed, which required a qualified mechanic. Evidently, they both went on vacation at the same time? I did receive a phone call apologizing for the delay, which was appreciated. I’ll give you another chance, but would encourage better communication from your advisors. Michael was kind, courteous, but didn’t always respond to my text in a timely manner. We also have an issue with our washer not spraying on our windows with our wipers going, and it did work before I brought it to you. We filled the washer before we brought the car in, and used it. We will check the fuse next. If that doesn’t solve the issue, would the battery have shorted the pump out?
