Mostly fine although I've now spent $800 on maintenance and five hours in you lobby over the past two weeks. I gave service guy a coupon when I arrived, but it wasn't applied. Said it would be next time. Not sure there will be a next time. I have no patience for an unreliable car. This is my sixth Toyota and fourth Prius. Each has been increasingly less reliable and more expensive to maintain. Toyota and Legends has lost a very loyal customer.

Appointment for routine service took longer than expected, but the service advisor Kyle offered a discount for the inconvenience and was very accommodating. He was transparent about the situation and very understanding!

I always like having Michael Jacobsen as my service advisor. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient as well as being friendly and personable. He patiently answers any questions I have and makes sure I understand what service my RAV4 will require next.

They said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. It was two and a half hours from arrival at my appointed time until I had my car. They knew I was waiting. I checked at a little less than two hours why it was taking so long and was told that it would be ready in about 10 minutes. It was 30 minutes. If it’s going to take that long, let me know ahead of time so I can plan appropriately.

Michael was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish! It’s been a long journey getting this rare/practically obsolete/difficult transmission replaced, but we made it. Michael was attentive, trustworthy, and ensured my children and I had a vehicle while our van was with the Service Center. He always kept in touch so we weren’t left in the dark about the status of the service. I was telling my parents that his service and work ethic were very much beyond his years. I was thinking, Michael was someone from my generation and was pleasantly surprised when I Realized he was from a much younger generation. I’m really glad that he was our customer service representative. A big THANK YOU to Michael !
