Evan handle the the situation very well, what should have been a 1hour service took 2.5 hours, he didn’t get upset or out of hand with customers who were upset, he handled it with ease.

Evan was great and got everything taken care of with my truck and the additional issue with the center cap that I had to replace that was missing from one of my wheels. However, I don’t understand why when they did the multi point inspection why they didn’t ask me if I was aware of it missing. Then I wouldn’t have needed to make another trip up there. Also, your person answering the phones is not very friendly and when I called to speak with Evan, she said there were problems with the phones and she’d have to send him an email. Didn’t want to wait on an email because I could’ve been waiting all day. I knew I had to come back up again anyway to get a new cap so I gave up on the phone communication. Otherwise, the service was great.

I was genuinely impressed with the level of customer service at Legenda Toyota, especially from Alex Chaparro. He guided me through the entire process, answering all of my questions with patience and professionalism. Despite the distance between locations, Alex made everything seamless and stress-free. We didn’t have an appointment but we’re going to be going out of town this weekend and Bryce was able to get us in for an oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment today. We really appreciated his helpful and positive attitude.

Maintenance was done in a timely manner. The service manager who manager found a cleaning of brakes that should have been done much earlier in my scheduled maintenance. I could tell when I left they were gripping better!
