It was at no fault of Bryce. I was there for several hours with my baby and my car didn’t even get completely fixed. I saw people that came after me leave before me. My car got put on the back burner I wish they would have told me they couldn’t do the alignment when they first found out I would have take many car elsewhere. I won’t be coming back. Bryce saved the day by giving me a discount otherwise I would have raised hell. It was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had better experiences at jiffy lube that’s saying a lot.

Second set of comments. What was originally forecast to be a three hour time at the shop because of the additional work to be done on the recall, it turned out to be more than four hours. No updates from the service Ruiter except when I queried Evan as to the status of the car after about three hours. Definitely not satisfied with how this service worked out.

Toyota is the best!!!! I bought a new Canary in 2002. No special customer service given. Just accept my down payment and took a loan from Toyota. Never heard from Toyota staff. I love all the improvements that were made. Thank you for making my vehicle buying easier.
