I was told service would take 2-3 hours and no rentals were available so we chose to wait. Service took almost 6 hours. Well over the estimate. We would have made other plans if we knew it would take that long, which is why we called ahead and asked. Please provide realistic time expectations to allow customers to plan their days.

I rate your sales process 10/10. I think your service is 5/10. Everytime I leave there irritated. I own two Toyotas— Tundra and Land Cruiser. I wouldn’t buy another car from you.

I brought my vehicle in via a tow truck because it stopped working on the highway. Your service department said it the battery you charge me like $350 for it. I drive it 20 miles and it has the same issue happened and the car almost shut down on me, I called the guy that handle the service and he never called me back. So right now I’m not very happy.
