I did not mention that the low tire pressure light was on because normally when they rotate the tires and do the check on the vehicle, they fill any low tires and reset that display. I also didn't receive the paperwork showing the tire tread, brakes, etc

Bryce is awesome! I’ve written about 4 reviews in the last 10 years and two of them are for him( counting this one). The reason that I’ve been doing my own service, either personally or through my shop mechanic, is because of poor experiences at other dealerships. In fact when my truck was first overheated I pulled into Molly Toyota by my job. The service manager was quite unhelpful so I went back to my truck and looked up the how far away you were from me. I figured that I would take my time and drive it over to you. I didn’t expect any better service but I appreciated that your dealership helped me out when my mom was shopping for a new car. Your dealership was very fair during Covid and didn’t try to mark up the car 10k over msrp like others were. So I figured that even if you ripped me off it would be alright because your dealership took good care of my mom. I work construction and need a truck. I asked Bryce if he could help me out with a loaner truck, not really expecting anything, but he quickly brought around a very nice tundra for me. That really helped me out. Then you fixed everything I needed and checked everything over quickly without trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I don’t need. So in closing I’ll definitely be bringing all my vehicle business to you in the future. I have already recommended you guys to several people including my godfather. Thank you again!
