The service representative did an excellent job. I am to assume the service was done, however the service indicator light was not reset. I am still getting the notification each time I start the engine. Please understand this is the first problem I’ve had with service.

I had an issue with not having a key to unlock the tires on a car I purchased here a year ago. I went to two other places until I came to Legends Toyota. My problem was fixed under my service warranty WITH NO PROBLEMS! Everyone was so kind and helpful. My multiple questions were answered. Great service!

Very nice person to speak with and I appreciated him getting and giving me an answer to all my questions. Part prices were a little too expensive and I can see why people try to do a lot of their own repairs. Otherwise, great service.

I brought my vehicle in for tire rotation and oil change. Truck has a recall. They were to fix it also. Truck got done and Isaiah was not around so Steve stepped in. Stepped started reading what was done and mentioned new air filters. Which is weird because I have k&n filters with stickers on air lids…..at first Steve didn’t understand and then became concerned. We went and checked and sure enough. My filters were gone. Steve went and found them and got them put back in. Isaiah then showed back up and claimed enterprise told him to as it’s a lease vehicle. I will not be back. Ask Isaiah about the time I came for a tire rotation and they didn’t touch the truck but he printed a receipt out like they did and sent me on my way. I have gps on my truck. Isaiah admitted and got it handled. But this second one. No thanks.
