The oil change and tire rotation was just fine. I ,however , was disappointed with the wait time. When we checked our car in , the service tech said it would be done in about one hour. After waiting 2 hours I went to his desk to see when my car would be ready. At that point I saw my car at the far side of the service entry bay lined up with several other cars. I found a gentleman that said he’d find out if it’s ready. It was but no one told me earlier. I feel like I wasted an hour waiting on my car when it was most likely ready.

Andrew was a great help! He was courteous and respectful when I got upset about the cost and issue with my car. I’ve had more bad experiences with repairs than good when it comes to my car and Andrew was so reassuring. He walked me through the entire process, as well as he could, given it was still being repaired. He is professional, listened with heart, is understanding, and very patient!

Set up a appointment for oil change and rotate, took over 2 hours, did not receive a multi point inspection, when vehicle was brought back up into the drive it took about 10-15 mins for someone to let me know I was good to go.

Keep me informed! In your waiting area you don't carry any of the Coke or Sprite Zero people that Diabetic to drink or bottle water. Why? Your Service Department does a good job for most part!

Thanks Evan, Victoria, Kimberly and Julia for all your help in helping me get the vehicle I wanted and going forward with ordering the part for a minor repair. Another gentleman also helped me with paperwork, but his name fails me at the moment. Everyone I dealt with at Legends Toyota was kind and supportive. Thank you, Evan and everyone else!

After more than 3.5 hrs (when I was told it would take less than 2 hrs), I called to see if my car was ready. The receptionist checked and told me it was ready. Then just a few minutes later, I got a call from my service representative telling me it was ready. Maybe it was coincidence, but I suspect he heard I had called. I would have appreciated an update at 2 hrs.
