Great service. Isaiah was good about keeping me updated from start to finish. Was not told about a diagnostic fee charge anytime at registration. Disappointed about that. Was told when I picked up car. I was only told about oil change charges. That to me should be discussed from The beginning. Thank you

My son was frustrated that it took 3-1/2 hours to get his oil changed and tires rotated. He was in the waiting room and you forgot about him!

First of all my husband and I both have no idea who Evan is. We purchased this 4runner Thursday May 14th, drove off the lot at closing. Had to bring it back the next morning because the rear brakes/parking brake was so hot my husband could smell the heat coming off of them. You all have had the vehicle since then. After adjusting the parking brake a notification came up saying service collision avoidance system see dealership. You all have had my vehicle that supposedly went through a 130 something point inspection to be a gold certified used vehicle and didn't catch either issue after having it for 4 full work days. And we have not even been able to have possession of our vehicle for 24 hours after purchasing.

Easy, transaction. Wish we were told the deposit was on hold, would've just wrote check for $4,500.
