Kyle did an excellent job of explaining several things to me. He didn’t rush me and made sure I was following his explanations. It was so helpful. He is definitely an asset to Toyota. He also did a great job keeping me posted on the progress of my vehicle’s work. It is also so nice that while we sometimes need to wait a long time for more involved repair work, the waiting area is large, clean and always stocked with snacks and drinks.

12:15 appointment for oil change and rotate. Set up to wait at dealership. Checked in at 12:10. Was told 1.5hrs. Was 2:15 by the time I was paying to leave. Also had 6 service desk guys at lunch at the same time
