Alex,Julie & Kimberleigh were the best to work with. They answered my many questions & treated me so very kind. No high pressure, gave me their true & valued opinions. Trading vehicles is not one of my favorite things to do but these 3 made my experience painless and “enjoyable “. Will recommend them with high praise!

Kyle was wonderful to work with. We haven’t had the best experience with Toyota so far, but Kyle apologized for the experience we have had more than once, even though he did not contribute to the problems in any way. He was very professional in listening to our concerns, and took the time to explain our car’s engine to help us better understand some of the apprehensions we’ve had about our car. My husband and I both felt like he actually cared.

I hate to be "that" guy, but I have to be. I scheduled my 15k Toyota care service (tire rotation and inspection) on the 11th. It was scheduled for 5.21.26 @ 3:15pm. I didn't leave until 5:15pm. This is unexceptable. What should take .5 hours turned into 2. This is very disrespectful in my opinion. Next time I schedule a service I'm going to request a loaner so I can press on with my day. I can do a lot in 2 hours that's far more productive than sitting in your dealership. I'm more disappointed than anything. Im really glad I didn't get the recommended alignment and tire balance! I may have been there until 8pm.

May 4 we had the 15k mtce done. No reference was made about any tire wear or tire out of balance. Seems funny it changed this much in 2 weeks.

Great service. Isaiah was good about keeping me updated from start to finish. Was not told about a diagnostic fee charge anytime at registration. Disappointed about that. Was told when I picked up car. I was only told about oil change charges. That to me should be discussed from The beginning. Thank you
