Kyle is awesome! He got the work done quickly knowing we were stranded without our vehicle. He remembered from a previous visit that my husband is an invalid, can’t be left alone and not able to get out of the house. Kyle made arrangements for our Sorento to be brought to our door. Every one was great till I was charged a 33 dollar shop supply fee. I was quoted prices for the services requested. I checked the prices prior too the service. I would call that deception. Nothing additional was done to the vehicle but you up charged me for the services I requested. I did not take the time to argue with the service representative but I am requesting a refund of the shop fees you added to your original quote. The shop fee should be included in the estimate as I believe the state of Kansas would agree. You must do this on a regular basis which would qualify for deceptive advertising
