I was made to wait 2 hours and 40 something minutes before I was told my cars transmission service wasn't going to be done. And I was told "hey atleast we got your oil change done" the amount of rage I felt was unbelievable when I said I understand not knowing 1 hour but nearly 3 hours without being told is absolutely atrocious. He admitted it was his fault but that didn't make it better that I had to drive 40 mins one way and 40 the other only to lose 3 hours and having to reschedule it again because nobody was paying attention to my car. I think that was an absolutely terrible customer treatment. I don't know how you guys conduct business but being told 'my bad" after 3 hours is just inexcusable

I brought my vehicle in because I was experiencing unusually high airflow from the glovebox area. To make the diagnostic process easier, I completely emptied the glovebox before dropping the car off for service. After about an hour and a half, I was told the vehicle had been evaluated, was operating within factory specifications, and required no attention. Later that day, after discussing the issue with a friend, I checked the cabin air filter myself. As soon as I removed the glovebox, the plastic cover for the air filter housing dropped to the floor. It was immediately clear that the cover had not been seated properly—and that the glovebox had never been removed or inspected by the technician. Once I reinstalled the cover correctly, the issue was completely resolved. I am very disappointed that my vehicle was reportedly “evaluated” for 90 minutes, yet no actual diagnostic work was performed. The problem was simple and obvious, but I was told everything was working properly when it was not. This experience has significantly reduced my trust in the service department.

The tire was losing air and the light came on from the very first drive. We told the salesperson Alex as well. We thought at the time just low tire pressure and we aired it. The light has continued to come on every couple weeks so we made an appt. You wouldn’t fix it because I couldn’t PROVE that it’s always had an issue and it’s a nail. Trust me it’s ALWAYS done it and we told Alex before we signed papers on it. Go ahead and ask Alex. I shouldn’t have had to leave without it being fixed and now o have to pay to have it fixed. We sat all dang day when our appt was at 10am for nothing. NO I’m not happy.

It is not Kyle’s fault, but **** you. Three hours for an oil change and 20 minute roof rack installation….and it still was not done. Think of it this way, if you had dinner reservations at 8:15 and were not seated until 11:25….**** you. I’ll never be back. Kyle’s what he could, not his fault, but go **** yourselves.

When I first walked in to check in, I feel it was a bit rude no one greeted or looked up from there computer until I said something. I understand places get busy but at least acknowledge I’m standing in front of you. When speaking w Michael he first started by saying if he can’t find any service records on my vehicle then they can’t take it. Which I don’t feel is right because I just bought this car what the owner did or did not do before me is no fault of my own, why are you trying to turn me away? I’m certain you can take my car and do an oil change regardless because it’s a Toyota model but Michael felt otherwise. After getting my car back the tire pressure light was still on. When making your team aware, all they did was drive it around in a circle, back to the same spot, then told me I have to drive it awhile if it doesn’t turn off let them know and they will fix it.. but I’m letting you all know now so why can you not fix it now? I didn’t like the experience at all and this was my first time coming here, feel everyone I encountered was rude and treated me with little to no respect and idk why because I was very nice trying not to be an issue or inconvenience.. 0/10

Extreme wait time. I was there for 3.5 hours. My time is worth something. I was there to get recalibrated front senses and a radio recall. I had an appointment for 10:00, got there at 09:30 and checked in. Checked out at close to 1:00pm. I know you’re busy, but so am I.
