Tires were purchased at Toyota? Why am I paying for rotation?
I drove three hours to get my truck. It was not detailed, and after they detailed it was still filthy. I had to bring it home and detail it myself. I was unsatisfied with the detail quality of my brand new vehicle.

Why I'm dissatisfied? Nobody communication with me at all. My car sat there for 10 days and now I'm getting this message 22 days after I dropped off my car for an oil change.
Bryce didn’t offer the complimentary car wash and I forgot to ask him. When I did, he told me that he didn’t have time to complete a car wash for a my car that was scheduled for an oil change at 2:00pm. Not sure why there wasn’t time? Also when I was shuttled back AND when I was in my car heading home, I saw the car wash station completely open w some guy sitting down talking to another guy who was standing up BOTH times I passed it. So.. why wasn’t there time? I’m going back tomorrow bc it’s the principle.

Andrew does a great job making sure I’m informed with what my truck needs. Always quick to meet me and does a good job coming back to update me. Since I come over after getting off shift with the fire department I appreciate how he communicates. Today when things were taking longer he was nice about updating me and making the situation better. Appreciate his approach to being a service provider.Thank you Andrew!
Quick service though you were backed up. I did catch up with Julia our salesperson who sold us the RAV4. She's awesome. Also found out that Ireland is kind of dirty. Scotland is nice, as is London, which I knew. Thanks. ????????????
I took way to long almost 2 hours to put a single oor edge guard on. Almost 2 hours. We had a 9am appointment and didn't leave till after 11am.
