Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 12:30 and I didn’t leave until 3:45 because my car wasn’t taken back until sometime after 3. Andrew never came and gave me updates, I had to go ask him after I had been sitting there for 2 hours. He said it would be 30 more minutes, but then after it had been about 40 minutes I went to check again with someone else because Andrew wasn’t in there, and they still hadn’t taken my car back. Once I was finally able to leave, I had to come back because my car was filling with exhaust and making a weird sound. They left the oil cap off so it was splattering everywhere.

Had car serviced for oil change and tire rotation. Had to immediately return to dealership prior to reaching home because low tire pressure indicator activated. Seems like the indicator light would have been on after service provided. My home located less than 2 miles from dealership. Had to immediately return to have air placed in tires.

I'd like to bring an issue I recorded while returning after the service. The car started making a dragging noise (I recorded so it is time stamped) at high throttle and it can be heard clearly. I drove around neighborhood again to see and it continues. I'll need to bring in for a check up tomorrow. Please note, the car didn't made any funny consistent noises before. You would have noticed if it did.

I feel the dealership has gotten away from good customer service. I received a text from Isiah Monday regarding my vehicle when I called to speak.to him I was told he was off that day and it was an automated text. That is not personal service. I prefer to speak to the service texts for information on my vehicle not get text messages.
